The short version
Is this a dating app?
No. U-GO is about guests at the same hotel doing things together — dinner as a group, tennis, a walk. There's no romantic framing built in — solo travelers, couples, and groups of friends all join the same way.
Do I have to pay?
No, U-GO is free for guests. The activities themselves (dinner, court rental) are paid to the hotel directly, as usual.
What if my hotel isn't on U-GO?
You can still create an account now — your hotel's feed unlocks the moment it joins. You're also welcome to point your hotel to U-GO yourself.
Can I organize my own activity?
Yes — any guest can create an event, not just the hotel. Invite others with one message in the event chat.
Is it safe?
Personal details aren't exposed to strangers, you can block or report anyone, and you can rate a participant's conduct after an activity.
